Matisse and Picasso. Color and Form

The Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val presents the exhibition “Matisse and Picasso. Color and Form” — held in the Marc Chagall Hall, with the participation of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition demonstrates how the plastic and chromatic innovations of Henri Matisse and Pablo Picasso reverberated through the work of Kazimir Malevich, Vladimir Tatlin, Lyubov Popova, and other key figures of the Russian avant-garde.
