Starting from July 1, we invite you to try the new Summer menu from Executive Chef Manuel Pisu. Manuel Pisu’s work pays tribute to Italian gastronomic traditions and the cuisine of his native Sardinia, but reassembles the traditional ingredients and flavors of his childhood to create bold, innovative dishes for IL Ristorante’s menu. Among the main hits are risotto with Parmesan cheese, scallops, bisque and 100-year-old balsamic vinegar, tomato gazpacho with cherries and yogurt-ginger ice cream, carpaccio of Summer tomatoes, orange and blackberries and sea bass crudo with blackberries and caviar from balsamic vinegar. The best place for Summer meals in IL Ristorante is the luxurious courtyard of the hotel.
